AutoFit
A complete business system for fitness coaches: client management, training and nutrition builders, CRM, payments, studio scheduling, an AI agent on WhatsApp and a branded app for every coach.
The project
Coaches lose hours to spreadsheets: building menus, logging weigh-ins, calculating macros and chasing clients across WhatsApp. AutoFit replaces all of it with one system that does the work for the coach.
We built the platform end to end: a coach dashboard and mobile app, training and nutrition builders on libraries of more than 10,000 exercises and 10,000 foods, a lead CRM with call recording and a phone system, automations with recurring billing and invoicing, and studio management for classes, punch cards and staff.
Every coach gets a branded iOS and Android app in their own logo and colours, an AI agent that handles clients directly from WhatsApp, and the official Meta WhatsApp API connected to the panel, the automations and the mobile app.
