Business email, campaigns and an email API in one place: an address on your own domain, webmail and an iPhone app, newsletters with reports, and a full API for developers, running on its own mail servers.
The project
Small businesses usually pay for email, a newsletter tool and a transactional email API separately, and setting up a domain correctly takes an IT person they don't have.
We built KubeMail to make that one product. Customers sign up, connect their domain with step-by-step records that the system checks for them, and open mailboxes for every person or role in seconds. Mail is read in webmail, in our own iPhone app, or in Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail, with spam and virus filtering and signed outgoing mail so it doesn't land in spam.
The same account sends newsletters and campaigns with open and click reports, and developers get an email API with webhooks and delivery reports. KubeMail also speaks MCP, so AI assistants like Claude and Cursor can read, draft and send email on the user's behalf.
